Ganga III is a girls orphanage. I-India and Child's Rights opened it in February 2008, in order to provide a home to 20 girls that I-India found in the streets of Jaipur (north of India), a city of 2,5 million of habitants where there are 200.000 homeless kids.
The name of the orphanage is GANGA III, the hindi name of the holy river GANGES, representing the start of a new life that we provide to the children. |
